A Function is a relation in which each member of the domain (input value) is paired with exactly one member of the range (output value). Functions are often written as Equations, for example: F(x) = 25x.  Where F(x) is where the input will be entered and 25x is where the output will come out. Check the image below

Percent of Change is a ratio of a fraction that compares the change in quantity from the original amount to the new amount.
Follow these steps:
1. Subtract the two quantities and write the result on the numerator
2. Write the Original amount on the denominator.
3. Divide the fraction you just made: Numerator/Denominator. You will get a decimal.
4. Then convert the decimal to percent by multiplying by 100
